Starting at $7,400.00 a month for 8 people, anything over initial 30 days, $255 a night. We accept 3rd party insurance payments. Dogs are accepted, no dogs allowed in bedrooms or upstairs or on furniture. All dogs must be on a regular liquid flea treatment program.

House will need to be professionally cleaned each month, paid by owner.
A lease will be signed by renter. Renter agrees to pay for all damages within 7 days.
